Abbas Rabiee (Ph.D.), received the B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology (IUST), Tehran, Iran, in September 2006, and the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical power engineering from Sharif University of Technology (SUT), Tehran, in September 2008 and February 2013, respectively. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor at Universite Laval, Canada. He has been named a Senior Member of the IEEE since July 2018. Also, he is an Associate/Subject Editor of IET GTD. He was a recipient of the 2019 Premium Award for Best Paper in IET Generation, Transmission & Distribution.
